I don’t have the internet on my phone. And I can’t set things as my ringtone from bluetooth. And, the only way I can record stuff is if I get on the browser. Is there any other way I can get free ringtones?

this is what i use to get ringtones on my phone using usb cord to transfer any files from my computer to my phone.
